Level 2: A Reviewer can see and change Ratings and comments as well as read and add Reports;
Level 3: An Expert can see and change Expert Ratings and comments as well as read and add Reports;
Level 4: A Protector can validate Experts Rating and Reports;
Level 5: A Contributor (reserved for the platform's active contributors);
Level 6: A Benefactor (paid level).
Level 7: A Referee can rate and review Projects during off-line startup presentation sessions.
